ECO Package Ideal for off-site coffee booths or small self-service setups, the ECO Package requires no barista. With a fully automatic machine, beverages are ready in just 20–30 seconds at the touch of a button. Our machines support up to 20 grams of coffee per shot with 18 bars of pressure, delivering a rich espresso comparable to professional barista machines. Each unit is precisely calibrated to a 1:2 brew ratio and fine-tuned by Coffee Company’s SCA-certified Head Barista to match our in-store taste, offering a premium experience exclusive to Coffee Company.

เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ บูธกาแฟสดนอกสถานที่ – ECO Package

1. รายละเอียดแพ็คเกจ

ECO Package ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับการให้บริการในรูปแบบ Self Service กดเพียงปุ่มเดียว นำแก้วมาวาง เครื่องดื่มพร้อมเสิร์ฟในเวลาไม่ถึง 1 นาที ไม่จำเป็นต้องมี Barista

Package ECO ให้บริการเครื่องดื่มร้อน 6 เมนู ได้แก่ Hot Espresso, Hot Americano, Hot Latte, Hot Cappuccino, Hot Fresh Milk, Hot Water และเมนูเครื่องดื่มเย็น 3 เมนู ได้แก่ Iced Americano, Iced Latte, Cold Brew Coffee รวมทั้งหมด 9 เมนู ซึ่งเมนูเครื่องดื่มเย็นจะต้องใช้น้ำแข็งในการทำเมนู โดยสามารถเช่าเครื่องทำน้ำแข็งเพิ่มหรือลูกค้าจัดเตรียมน้ำแข็งเองได้ ราคาค่าบริการดังกล่าวรวมค่าวัตถุดิบตามจำนวนแก้ว ได้แก่ เมล็ดกาแฟ แก้ว ฝา และหลอด (ไม่รวมค่าน้ำดื่มสะอาด นมสด น้ำแข็ง น้ำตาลทรายซอง ทิชชู่ ทั้งหมดลูกค้าสามารถสั่งซื้อจากร้านสะดวกซื้อทั่วไปได้ หากลูกค้าไม่สะดวกจัดเตรียมให้ ทางร้านจะสั่งซื้อกับ 7-11 Delivery ให้ไปส่งที่หน้างาน โดยลูกค้าจะต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นเงินสดตามบิลที่เรียกเก็บจากร้านสะดวกซื้อให้กับไรเดอร์)

กรณีลูกค้าต้องการให้ทางร้านจัดเตรียมพนักงานประจำบูธ (Staff) เพื่อให้บริการทำเมนูและเสิร์ฟ มีค่าบริการ 1,800 บาท/คน/คิว (ระยะเวลา 1 คิว คือ ทำงานไม่เกิน 8 ชั่วโมง)

2. พื้นที่ให้บริการ

ฟรีค่าบริการติดตั้งรื้อถอนกรณีใช้บริการ 2 วันติดต่อกันขึ้นไป กรณีที่ใช้บริการวันเดียว (1วัน) มีค่าบริการติดตั้งรื้อถอน 1,000 บาท ให้บริการภายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พื้นที่ปริมณฑลและต่างจังหวัด อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม กรุณาสอบถามล่วงหน้า

3. อุปกรณ์และการติดตั้ง

ราคาดังกล่าวรวมเครื่องชงกาแฟอัตโนมัติ อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด และบริการติดตั้ง/รื้อถอน กรณีติดตั้งหรือรื้อถอนในช่วงเวลา 22:00 – 05:00 น. มีค่าล่วงเวลา 1,500 บาท / ครั้ง

4. จำนวนขั้นต่ำและการเติมวัตถุดิบ

เริ่มต้นขั้นต่ำ 50 แก้ว และเตรียมวัตถุดิบตามแพ็คเกจที่ลูกค้าเลือก กรณีต้องการเติมวัตถุดิบเพิ่มเติม ขั้นต่ำที่ 50 แก้ว/ครั้ง คิดราคาต่อแก้วตามราคาค่าเฉลี่ยของแพ็คเกจเดิม และหากทีมงานไม่ได้อยู่หน้างาน อาจใช้เวลา 3–5 ชั่วโมงในการจัดส่ง บริการจัดส่งผ่าน Lalamove หรือ Grab Messenger โดยบริษัทรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งให้สูงสุด 100 บาทแรก ส่วนที่เกินจากนี้ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ

5. ระยะเวลาให้บริการและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ

กรณีใช้บริการวันเดียว ให้บริการไม่เกิน 12 ชั่วโมง หรือจนกว่าวัตถุดิบจะหมด (อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งถึงก่อน) หากเกินเวลาและยังไม่สามารถรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์ได้ คิดค่าบริการ 1,000 บาท / ชั่วโมง กรณีมีวัตถุดิบหรือแก้วเหลือหลังจบงาน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บคืนทั้งหมดโดยไม่คืนเงินในส่วนที่เหลือ

กรณีใช้บริการติดต่อกันมากกว่าหนึ่งวัน ให้บริการได้ตั้งแต่เวลาที่ส่งมอบเครื่อง ไปจนถึงวันและเวลาที่นัดหมายรื้อถอน โดยทางร้านจะนำวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่ต้องใช้ตามแพคเกจตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่าส่งมอบให้กับลูกค้าในวันที่เข้าติดตั้ง หรือกรณีที่หน้างานไม่มีพื้นที่จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบอย่างเพียงพอ ทางร้านอาจจัดส่งวัตถุดิบให้วันละครั้ง (แล้วแต่กรณี) และทางร้านจะเข้ามาเก็บเครื่องและอุปกรณ์ในวันและเวลาที่นัดหมายรื้อถอน และหากเกินเวลาและยังไม่สามารถรื้อถอนอุปกรณ์ได้ คิดค่าบริการ 1,000 บาท / ชั่วโมง กรณีมีวัตถุดิบหรือแก้วเหลือหลังจบงาน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บคืนทั้งหมดโดยไม่คืนเงินในส่วนที่เหลือ

6. แบรนด์และสูตรเครื่องดื่ม

สูตรเครื่องดื่มทุกเมนูรวมถึงส่วนผสมและอัตราส่วน เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกับที่จำหน่ายจริงในร้าน Coffee Company ทุกสาขา ทางผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ปรับเปลี่ยนสูตร ส่วนผสม หรืออัตราส่วนใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น และไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเข้าถึง เปิดเผย หรือแก้ไขค่าการตั้งสูตรภายในเครื่องชงกาแฟ ซึ่งถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและความลับทางธุรกิจของแบรนด์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้ให้บริการขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการให้บริการทันที โดยไม่คืนเงิน และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ หากตรวจพบว่ามีการนำเมล็ดกาแฟจากแบรนด์อื่นมาใช้งานร่วมกับเครื่องชงของเรา

ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์จะใช้เมล็ดกาแฟแบรนด์อื่น หรือขอปรับเปลี่ยนสูตร ส่วนผสม หรืออัตราส่วน ทางผู้ให้บริการสามารถดำเนินการปรับตั้งค่าเครื่องให้ตามความต้องการได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม ลูกค้าจะไม่สามารถใช้แก้วหรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่มีเครื่องหมายการค้าของ Coffee Company ได้ ในทุกกรณี

Terms & Conditions Off-site Coffee Booth Service – ECO Package

1. Package Details

The ECO Package is designed for a self-service experience, allowing users to simply place a cup and press a button, with the beverage ready in less than one minute without the need for a barista.

The package offers a total of 9 menu items, including 6 hot beverages Hot Espresso, Hot Americano, Hot Latte, Hot Cappuccino, Hot Fresh Milk, and Hot Water and 3 cold beverages Iced Americano, Iced Latte, and Cold Brew Coffee. Please note that all iced beverages require ice, which can either be prepared by the customer or rented as an additional ice machine service. The service fee includes consumables based on the number of cups served, such as coffee beans, cups, lids, and straws; however, it does not include drinking water, fresh milk, ice, sugar sachets, or tissue paper, all of which can be conveniently purchased from general convenience stores. If it is not convenient for the customer to arrange these items, we can coordinate a purchase via 7-Eleven Delivery to the event location, with the customer paying the rider directly in cash according to the store receipt.

In the case that on-site staff are required to operate the booth and serve beverages, a service fee of 1,800 THB per staff per shift will apply, with one shift defined as a maximum of 8 working hours.

2. Service Area

Installation and dismantling services are provided free of charge for bookings of two consecutive days or more. For one-day service (single-day booking), an installation and dismantling fee of 1,000 THB will apply. Services are available within Bangkok, while additional charges may apply for surrounding metropolitan areas and other provinces; please inquire in advance for further details.

3. Equipment & Setup

Includes automatic coffee machine, all equipment, and installation/dismantling services. Setup or dismantling between 22:00 – 05:00 is subject to an overtime fee of THB 1,500 per service

4. Minimum Order & Refill Policy

Minimum service starts at 50 cups, with ingredients prepared accordingly. For additional refill: Minimum 50 cups per refill. Charged at the average per-cup rate of the original package. Note: Delivery may take 3–5 hours if the team is off-site. Delivery is available via Lalamove or Grab Messenger. The company will cover delivery costs up to the first THB 100, with any additional charges to be borne by the client.

5. Service Duration & Other Conditions

For single-day service, the operating period is limited to a maximum of 12 hours or until all consumables are depleted, whichever occurs first. If the service exceeds this period and the equipment cannot be dismantled as scheduled, an additional charge of 1,000 THB per hour will apply. Any remaining consumables or cups after the service will be collected by the company without refund.

For multi-day bookings, service is provided from the time of equipment delivery until the agreed date and time of dismantling. All consumables required for the entire rental period will typically be delivered on the installation date; however, if on-site storage is insufficient, deliveries may be arranged on a daily basis, depending on the situation. The company will return to collect the equipment at the scheduled dismantling time, and if dismantling cannot be completed as planned, an additional fee of 1,000 THB per hour will apply. Any remaining consumables or cups after the service will be collected by the company without refund.

6. Branding and Beverage recipes

All beverage recipes including ingredients and ratios, strictly follow the same standards as those served across all Coffee Company branches. The company reserves the right not to modify any recipes, ingredients, or ratios, and strictly prohibits any access to, disclosure of, or modification of machine settings, as these constitute the brand’s intellectual property and trade secrets. The company further reserves the right to terminate the service immediately, without refund or liability, if it is found that external coffee beans from other brands are used with the company’s equipment without authorization

If the client wishes to use coffee beans from other brands or request customized recipes, ingredients, or ratios, the service provider can adjust the machine settings accordingly. However, in such cases, the client is not permitted to use any cups or packaging bearing the Coffee Company trademark under any circumstances
